I love Diamond no Ace, it’s my all time favorite anime! But I’m really disappointed with this season’s adaptation. It feels so rushed, with so much from the manga cut out, sometimes it feels less like watching an anime and more like a slideshow. I’ve been rewatching the earlier seasons just to calm my frustration after each new episode. Really hope the next season is better!

Are these comments deadass rn? Even I was disappointed in the previous matches about the cut of content but this match is followed word for word from the manga so stop crying atleast we are getting it. I am just as much disappointed by the first few games but you don't see me crying about it

Aku paham kenapa banyak gasuka akhirnya sama OLM Studio karena banyak yg di cut atau terlalu fast paced. Tp percayalah, harusnya anime ini mungkin ga dapet chance utk act 2 season 2 based on the manga's ending yang ngegantung dan cukup unsatisfying di beberapa readers. Kita ga tahu apa yang dibargain utk dapat season 2 ini, mungkin kita cuma dapet slot episode terbatas tp mereka compensate di animasi atau hal lain. So it's still a business, sure dan ga memenuhi ekspektasi tapi i'm grateful enough untuk dapet kesempatan ngeliat masa sawamura jadi di ace di animasi (jujur saya juga gapuas tp cukup kita hargai orang-orang dibalik layar yang mau ngangkat anime season 2 ini) 😢
Its a good adaptation i think even though they rushed earlier matches, as it is good enough for me to have adaptations that focus on main matches rather than reading just manga. Thank you animators!!!!
