When Nagisa’s psychotic, overbearing mother schedules a one-on-one with Karasuma to discuss moving her son out of E Class, Koro Sensei masquerades as his colleague (poorly) and gives the woman a succinct dressing down. Undaunted, she drugs Nagisa’s meal and leads him to the E Class building after hours, ordering him to burn it down.

All episodes are good but this one hits me hard that I had to write my first comment on this series. I'm almost reaching 30s, my mom had been controlling my life for years. I don't know what to say whether it's narcissistic, overly obsessed or helicopter parent, but I find it's not normal. I guess it's true "not every parents deserve a child"… Not trying to brag but I was a good child who listens to their parents, getting good grades and never go against them (yeah, I'm weak-hearted) but somehow my mom doesn't trust my capabilities and always meddles in my life telling me what to do and what not. I lost my younger days and this has gone on to my working days.
The difference to Nagisa is that I have siblings. However, my younger sibling got it worst. As an older sibling, I find it depressing not able to help and prevent my mom from doing the same to them. I understand my mom also went through a lot hardship and she didn't receive the right treatment for her condition. I already an adult so I tried to accept things, gain knowledge in mental health and told her to get treatment but she's in denial.
That's why my advice here, for those struggling, please seek help and go for therapy to heal yourself from your childhood trauma or whatever mental illness you're facing. Or else the cycle will keep on repeating. It's unfair for the children to be the victim in this matter.
