    Btw i still don’t understand how did she get to recover her leg back? So the survior has recovered all limbs but not their mentality am i right?

  8. oooh ive read the manga and the episode has a really different approach but I like it a lot. I was surprised yuki didnt screamed kokuto to get down immediately after picking up the keys. Overall, Yuki is so much more emotionless here compared to her manga counterpart in which, in some critical moments, you can see it painted on her face

    The fact is that Aoi died due to her physical disadvantaged of having a small body -> short hand, literally. And as for Kinko, she died in similar way, but not due to the natural size body, but due to the fact that she made her own body into one but much more worst (much more smaller, zero limbs, she can't even fight with that body),

    Which made it quite irony as well, because despite all of those talks from Yuki that Kinko shouldn't felt guilty for Aoi's death and should blame the game system instead…,
    …Kinko, still, in somewhat way, did ended up getting "karma" due to Aoi's death. Kinko is the only one who felt guilty after all, and her "belief" did punished her. Yuki is kind of symbolized as "karma" to her, which in disguised as a "savior" who comforted her, but that fake "savior" is just a karma who knocked on her death door.

    In my theory, of what I thought of Kinko might think of getting killed by Yuki at the end?

    I don't think she's mind at all, because 'survivor guilt' is hard to get rid off anyways.

    But personally, I actually still believe that Kinko shouldn't blamed herself though 🙁
    I only talked about "her karma" because I wanna pointed out her survivor guilt and the irony of her comfort.

  24. This isn't a book…… The opening really ticks me off. Slow burn is for books and novels in my opinion, Not screens. The point of a screen is that it has faster transitions. Even if the dialogue, animation, and visuals are good. The opening was really boring, Maybe missing the point or something…… But it was boring as hell.

    Edit : The little fourth wall break wasn't nice, It was just a little gimmick. A little close up of her face, So to speak and it sucks and it's not cool or adds anything.

    There will be people who will debate over my comment, and yeah…. I can already see the first rebuttals….. You just don't get it, You just can't rush quality, You don't just get the point, You're just comparing this anime with others, You're just dunking on this anime, or It's too early to judge….. And maybe you people will be right, But it does not justify a bad opening and a boring one at that. Openings are supposed to hook you, They're the sole reason you stick around. A bad opening is inexcusable, That's just bad writing.

    The pacing is slow, Mediums have their strengths and pulling something as slow and boring as slow burn in anime especially is hard or impossible and this episode and anime do not have good pacing. I think the light novel or manga might be better, Adaptations…… Sigh, So many failures and not an end in sight. How many stories will have to be ruined before we finally respect the original piece and maybe understand that it's perfect just the way it is.

    Dialogue is stiff as hell, panic is not enough in the beginning and it's not subverting expectations or doing anything, It's bad writing again. I can't even finish this episode, I just can't without being bored to death. It was a light novel for a reason, I just can't continue watching. Isekai trash is much better than this art painted using pop as paint, A golden turd is still a golden turd.

    How do you expect me to frickin care when one of them dies, Realism is dead for the first few minutes and NO, Even if they have experience, They should still have a little fear. But no, Just the newcomer. I don't care if they all die, They don't seem real enough to matter and it's breaking my immersion. I could blab about this for hours and how bad it is, May the author never see this disrespectful piece sh-t…… I do have my sympathy for them, Whom ever they are. This did them dirty, and not even in a good way.

    Good visuals doesn't save a show, movie, or anime. Good writing does, If you want to adapt something, adapt it like game of thrones season 1 to season 4. Visuals are just a support, An enhancement. But good writing, good pacing, dynamic dialogue, realism, and good structure are the foundations.

  25. This show is hauntingly beautiful. Despite the strong start, I don't know if the blank faces when zoomed is part of the aesthetic or they just have limited budget

    Definitely one of the shows I''ll look forward to from this very stacked season.

  28. The most boring and lamest death game I've seen.

    Also, if there's enough time to pass the keys around to everyone, why does choosing someone to pass it to instead of fighting for it would slow down the process?

    And if the smallest person dying wouldn't be enough to get under the weight limit, why would losing a leg for four people be enough? A leg is much lighter than person. The math ain't mathing already.

  31. Still cant let go of Kinko death , yuki could just played favorites and killed Beniya in the room. I mean Beniya played favorite at the chainsaw game so can yuki, WHY CANT SHE USE THIS LOGIC 😭, poor kinko. Momono is annoying too but since the favoritsm isnt at her willing and she isnt actually willing to participate in the game at first so Beniya deserve to die plus Kinko already sacrificed at lot of limbs more than Beniya 😭
