Episode Summary :
Munakata and Hosomichi quit Arahabaki and stole their Granndoll. Turned out Munakata has been planning to sell Garanndoll to Shinchuu Military all along! The Battery Girls tried to contact Hosomichi, but to no avail. However, Rin, without even a faintest of doubt, still trusts that Hosomichi will come back. Clinging on the fragment of Hosomichi’s real feeling left in the Recharge room, and Rin and the other Battery Girls are waiting for his return.

Hosomichi is much more multi layered than all of the cast in AMAIM combined. His past childhood trauma + the current situation made him the better protag.

Looking at the comments I am disappointed that so few people are watching this amazing show. This show is awesome. Giant robots with men of culture. Anyway this episode shows us why we just can't hate hosomichi and why he is a great character. I need these types of shows more often now. The last one which was this much fun was SSSS.Gridman. Anime needs a revival of mecha genre now more than ever
