  1. For cycling aerodynamic, you might have noticed that the seatpost and the bike's stem (the part where fork and handlebar are joined). For better cycling posture, the seatpost must be tall until your legs are almost stretched out, this will give your legs more room to move. And also, try to cycle without your legs sticking outwards and keep your knees close to the frame for the best aero. Use your front of your foot when pedalling for better leverage. The stem can also be adjusted for more aero posture, by lowering the stem level close to the fork, your body will bend more to hold the handlebar. This will make your body posture as low as possible, but keep in mind this are extreme posture. For beginners, try to cycle in relaxed posture but if you want to try the extreme posture, be careful since your body might get hurt from it. That's all 🙂
