Honestly, I didn't enjoy the 2.8 story all that much either. It's meh. There was good reference to romance anime movie like Your name with the girl and boy on the steps asking each other if they have met before since they seem familiar and stuff but yeah that's about it. What happened to ginormous fckng info drop of Leviathan calling Abby , " Abraxas" and asking him why he had betrayed them. That essential was pointing to Abby having some Threnodian connection possibly being one or pretending to be one. But nope, no mention of that at all. Blackshores had little involvement . Honestly, the world went from surving an impending apocalypse or overcoming the the aftermath of one to romance forbthe sake of itbmost patches.
