So the "Many Heads" in the title are Mortis/Mutsumi and Umiri.
Mutsumi's case of having multiple personalities just like in acting but acted in real life as stated by her mother. And Umiri as how she sees her multiple bands as her multiple fallbacks and not as a part in any of those groups.

Forget about my dislike towards nyamu (Cuz the world of Bandori doesn’t have magic or anything and the characters are just high school/college girls going through difficulties that anyone is going through and no one is perfect or the nicest but that’s what makes them human.), Mutsumi’s mom is officially on my hate list 🙂 I hate her more cuz unfortunately there are parents like her IRL.
