Episode Summary：
At the laboratory she sneaked into, Mikoto learns that the ‘cloning programme has been cancelled’. Having confirmed that her DNA map has not been misused, Mikoto feels refreshed and decides to go shopping with Hatsuharu, Saten and the others. Thinking about the upcoming ”broad society field tour’, Mikoto gets so excited that Kuroko gets a bit scared. Hatsuharu and the others are a little perplexed too, but they excited once they see cute things. The five of them have a good time. A day of summer holiday passes in the blink of an eye. Behind these peaceful scenes of Academy City, an experiment is quietly underway.

Railgun S1 was happen before Index S1 (before Touma meet Index for the first time), but its doesn't mean index S1 timeline was starting after end of all Railgun S1 episodes. The timeline was run side by side but Railgun S1 was starting first by timeline, thats why remaining half of Railgun S1 we can see Index appears as cameo in the city. That's explain index was meet Touma and life in apartment together.
Railgun S2 first half of the season was dedicated to expand the story of Sisters arc in index S1, from when and how Misaka know her clones exists, first meet Misaka and Accelerator, trying to stop the experiment alone, even fighting a dark side in Academy City, to despair before meeting Touma and help her fight accelerator.
Then Accelerator timeline was start after he loose on battle with Touma and doing rehabilitation after head shot injury, he got computational and language ability problem and must using device on her neck to help him calculate vectors and able to speak by using Misaka Network as third-party processing in exchange of the brain injury.
Then Index S2 started.
Railgun T (S3) first half season was taking place in Daihasesai festival in Index S2. While Touma and Styl are chasing Oriana Thompson, on the other place Misaka are have another trouble.
[SPOILER] with Kihara Gensej experiments that took her self in big trouble by forced her to reach level 6 using Misaka Network and Exterior brain. After Touma defeat Oriana, he's going to save Misaka after meet and hear it from Saten-san.
Prediction Future releases:
Index S4 will taking a 2nd series of LN, Index NT.
Railgun S4 may cover 2 arcs from Manga, Jail Breaker arc and First Year arc (first year arc will tell about Misaka first year in Tokiwadai Jr high school)
