Episode 19：Amata Kihara (The Researcher)
Episode Summary：
After many twists and turns, Accelerator is reunited with Last Order. He heads to the pharmacy to patch her up after she falls down in her haste, when suddenly a group of black-clad people appear before him. The “Hound Dog”; those belonging to the dark side of the school city-attack him without warning. Among them is a man in white, Amata Kihara, a researcher who was involved in the development of Accelerator. After disabling Accelerator’s “vector manipulation” and defeating him, Kihara somehow says that he will retrieve Last Order himself. Then, the real reason for Last Order existence is revealed to the aggrieved Accelerator. At the same time, someone has neutralized the Antiskill and invaded the rain-strewn Academy City.
