Episode Summary：
Colette Loire and Sion easily passed the spellwork exam. The top three students in their year, Lihanna Owenzaus, Wignall Lindor, and Julius Reinberg, had already earned over 10,000 credits. On the other hand, Will had not even met the required credits for graduation and was not expected to excel at the Grand Magic Festival, where scouts from the Tower would be looking for talent. One day, with the festival approaching, Julius arrives at the tavern run by the dwarf Gina, where Will works part-time.

📖 Synopsis：

i feel like these days japanese anime portrayed hatreds against smart characters? like every character that is said to be smart and top of the class is often followed around by nasties and they themselves are nasty. I'm loving this anime. It's like watching Mashle just in different verse. Those Magic Vander is like the Divine Visionaries and those factions is like the Dorms of the academy in Mashle. Zeo the Magia Vander is like Ryo of Divine Visionaries who don't discriminate anyone.

Later on, in manga, Julius will be someone like his best friend in the tower and will look after him but he will get killed. 😢
